When we think about information of a person being used for nefarious purposes, the first thought that comes to mind is a hacker breached a network and stole information that contained a persons information (like that of the National Public Data breach).
Rarely do we think about a government entity doing the work that hackers would do, but here we are for another episode of “the people information glut.”
For anyone that is over the age of six, they can remember all of the bullshit that transpired due to a virus being released into the wild, spreading around the globe in a matter of a week or two.
Very quickly, companies sprung out of the bushes to create all kinds of digital ID’s, plant chips into people and the list goes on. Register with the governments of the world so we can track your every move.
But, it’s not the hackers that you should really be worried about, it is the gluttonous information grabbing pig of world governments that you should be worried about.
In an article published by arstechnica – Cops’ favorite face image search engine fined $33M for privacy violation – we are once again reminded the technology information age is not only upon us, but is being used against us as breaded pigs are fed for slaughter.
The worst part of this “technological” revolution is that we are giving consent willingly by just being alive, going about our daily lives.
It’s easy to see by just looking at any of the terms of service that are written for any of the “social media” websites that have become not only proliferate, but are obsessed by most of the worlds population.
I’m sure that our great grandchildren will be so proud of our stupidity.
